本ETS涵盖模拟移动和便携式蜂窝无线电通信设备的评估，并可用于证明符合EMC指令的保护要求。本工作项不包括基站设备，但包括移动和便携式设备的EMC要求，这些设备在连接到交流电源时也可以操作。
This ETS covers the assessment of analogue mobile and portable cellular radio communications equipment and may be used to demonstrate presumption of compliance with the protection requirements of the EMC Directive. This work item does not cover base station equipment, but does cover EMC requirements for mobile and portable equipment which can also be operated when connected to the AC mains.
