                本文件确立了化工园区基础设施和公用工程的总则、给水工程、排水工程、供电工程、供热工程、工业气体集中供应系统、公共管廊、固废集中处置设施、通信工程、防洪排涝设施开发建设的内容。
本文件适用于化工园区基础设施和公用工程的开发建设。
4　总则
4.1　化工园区基础设施和公用工程的开发建设应与化工园区开发建设的总体规划、建设进度相协调，应注重各工程之间的统筹、协调、共享。
4.2　化工园区基础设施和公用工程的开发建设应遵循国家、行业和地方的相关标准和规范，采用符合国家、行业和地方相关规定的基础资料。
4.3　承担化工园区基础设施和公用工程开发建设单位应具有相关设计和建设经验
