ISO 16525-3:2014规定了通过稳态比较纵向热流法（SCHF法）对有效导热性和热阻等传热性能的测试方法，该方法使用用于布线、模具连接和表面组装的各向同性导电粘合剂的筒式试样。

ISO 16525-3:2014 specifies test methods for heat-transfer properties such as effective thermal conductivity and thermal resistance by a steady-state comparative longitudinal heat-flow method (SCHF method) using cartridge-type specimen for isotropic electrically conductive adhesives used in wiring, die attach, and surface assembly.
